a good stay near everything!
perfect location tea selection
The location was perfect! i could easily walk to so many attractions and restaurants. the room was clean and well-kept, and i really appreciated having a kettle and tea selection in the room. the staff were always friendly and helpful.
the room was a little smaller than i expected it to be! storage space was limited, it made it a bit difficult to unpack properly.

The hotel had a great location near the main attractions. I found it easy to walk to many places of interest. The room was clean and it had all the necessary items. Also the staff was friendly and helpful .

amazing time, super clean room and friendly staff!
helpful staff clean room excellent location
i loved how the staff were really nice assisting us with bag storage and even helped with my specific requests i had the room was clean and i felt super secure the little coffee and tea were a total plus i definitely enjoyed that. the location was fabulous it was near the royal mile and the staff were lovely and really helpful . check-in was really smooth and the staff gave me great directions for parking.
the hotel felt a little run down considering the price i saw quite a few dents on the walls plus there was this loud electrical buzzing and the elevators felt a bit old.

the location has great access to transport possibilities since it sits right in the heart of the city this location provides short walking distance to many well known places like victoria street. all staff members were very friendly and helpful so i safe area inside the building i appreciate that.

my room was clean and felt secure overall with coffee and tea sachets and the room was much better than what i expected even though the twin beds seemed more narrow to me it was still good. there's a good sized room and space for luggage plus it was well equipped i liked that it had all of the necessary amenities.

the staff was always courteous and ready to assist me i requested for a quiet room and they made sure i got one i was very happy about that since i value quietness they were really good.

central location helpful staff wide choice stuffy room heavy blankets poor ventilation
The location was central. it made exploring so easy. the staff were helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service. the breakfast offered a wide choice of food, and it was very nice.
There was no air conditioning. The room felt stuffy? the blankets were heavy. the room felt hot, i found it hard to get fresh air. it was hard to open the window!
